New non-executive director joins NEAS Board

North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (NEAS) has welcomed Alaric Pritchard as a new non-executive director. He will join the Board on 1 October.

Alaric has worked in healthcare, government and education. He has many years of experience in leadership and helping organisations improve. He has also worked on NHS boards before.

Stuart Corbridge, Chair of NEAS, said Alaric will bring fresh ideas and valuable experience to the trust.

Every day, NEAS provides care and support to people across the North East. The trust serves around 2.7 million people and handled more than 1.4 million NHS 111 and 999 calls in 2025/26.
