Congenital Heart Disease Network – new case study video

A new case study video from the Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Network is now available to watch.

The CHD Network brings together specialist teams across the region to provide high‑quality, lifelong care for children and adults living with congenital heart conditions.

In the latest video, Dr Tayo Adesokan, Paediatric Clinical Lead for the network at the Freeman Hospital, explains what congenital heart disease is, who is involved in caring for CHD patients, and the vital role the network plays in supporting patients and families throughout their lives.
